Any one of us can be faced by life crises such as:

Personal therapy gives you a chance to sit down in calm surroundings and talk in confidence about your concerns. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a highly effective way of responding to these concerns – offering you support to change patterns of thought and behaviour and so change the way you feel.

As a therapist, I won't make judgements about what you tell me, or give opinions on what you should do next. My job is to listen, support and help you understand your situation and what you can do.

Anyone can benefit from therapy – we are all capable of feeling better and living well.

COVID-19 Update, April 2020

The coronavirus crisis is creating fear and uncertainty for us all, as we confront illness, bereavement, isolation, changes to work, relationships and everyday life.

It’s important to be able to talk through worries, even if we can’t meet face-to-face.

My counselling sessions are continuing via telephone or video link.  You can choose the method that feels most comfortable for you.

Whatever the choice, my priority will be to protect confidentiality, safety and well-being.
